About Empty Leg Flights
An empty leg (also called "ferry flight" or "deadhead") refers to a private jet flying without passengers, usually returning to base or heading to pick up other clients. These flights are offered at discounted rates but come with specific limitations.
- Schedule is fixed. Empty leg flights are non-customisable; the timing and route are determined by the original charterer.
- Subject to cancellation. If the primary (paid) leg is cancelled or rescheduled, the empty leg may also be cancelled or changed.
- No guarantees. These flights are offered on a "best effort" basis and are not guaranteed until fully confirmed by us.
- No compensation will be offered for cancellation or rescheduling beyond a full refund.
Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing and paid in full prior to departure.
- Prices quoted are in United States Dollars and are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen operational, safety, or scheduling issues.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your booking in writing up to 48 hours before the flight for a refund, minus any applicable fees.
- Cancellations after that period are non-refundable.
- If the flight is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must arrive on time. Delays may result in missed flights with no refund.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have valid identification and necessary travel documents.
- Baggage limits and restrictions may apply. Please confirm prior to departure.
Liability Disclaimer
- We act as an agent between you and licensed air carriers. All flights are operated by certified operators under appropriate aviation authorities (e.g., FAA, EASA).
- We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or any losses.
Privacy Policy
- Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws.
Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
